It was agreed to keep membership fee to £5. This should be paid to VN as soon as possible.

The input by Tom Murphy and Nick Lowden, Argyll & Bute officers, was welcomed and demonstrated the importance of our project to ABC.
MP noted that the grass at Kilkivan was being cut more regularly this year. VN explained that the sub-group were working with ABC to devise a maintenance plan for post project completion, as this was required by various funders. Potential funders also required us to demonstrate involvement of young people and show evidence of raising money ourselves.
E McT is working with Drumlemble PS on an Art/ History project based on Kilkivan. LOAF applied to Tangy Windfarm Fund and have been successful in gaining funding for pupil travel to Skipness to see graveslabs in place and to Kilkivan, where they can suggest shelter designs.
Anne Stewart is producing a range of knitwear, designs based on Kilkivan. She queried whether it was OK to direct visitors to the site. VN indicated that it was planned to erect information boards at each site to inform the public what was happening there.
Kintyre Antiquarians & Natural History Society have promised to donate money to fund drone footage to provide a record of the 3 sites at present.
CMcL suggested that it would be advantageous to have a PayPal account, if we were setting up a Just Giving page.
MP questioned when the gravslabs would be returned. VN has applied to CCWF for funding to design a shelter for them.
Thanks to Valerie Nimmo for her work with LOAF and with Killean and Kilkenzie, proposed by the convener and agreed unanimously
