TM H&S risk assessment required
KP Maintenance plan, need to identify tasks and frequency, agree timetable and costs
TM to provide annual costs at present, plus cost per cut, per herbicide application on the understanding these figures are in confidence.
KP there may be additional things required, could ABC take on or not, and cost? KP to send list to TM.
DR need 10 year maintenance plan, which must take inflation into account.
TM will need measurements of pathways, KP to prepare an ideal situation plan, as some bits will be gravelled and TM will advise what is feasible.
MMcD Maintenance plan may evolve over the years
KP will inspect and tighten/ adjust bracing of walls at Killean twice per year, and more frequently if required
RC when work being carried out by council staff at Kilchenzie, often parking in front of GL’s restricting her access.
NL will bring to attention of Gary Milloy.

VN Interment of ashes has taken place at Kilkivan in 2022 without permission from HES, was the Council aware?

LOAF & KKCPA may have access to grant funding for specific maintenance tasks and will actively seek this funding as part of the agreement.
